Limited Warranty
The Details extends a limited 1-year finish warranty to the original consumer user of our product.
No warranty is provided for hardware that has been subjected to high humidity or other harsh environmental conditions. No warranty is provided for hardware installed in commercial applications. This warranty does not cover scratches, abrasions, or other damage caused by general wear and tear, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, or other chemicals. This warranty does not cover use of the product in a manner for which it was not intended. Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered by this warranty.
Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for labor costs, shipping expenses, or any other incidental costs.
At its discretion, The Details may either repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of the product in exchange for the product.
The warranty only applies to the original user of the products. This warranty is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
